The late 80's Townhouse needed a Refresh.

The Goal:

To modernize while honoring the home’s structure and neighborhood character.

On the inside, a dated colour pallet with 80’s laminate and fixtures that looked worn out. The plan was to refresh the space. Bright colours on the wall to help with those cloudy days. Clean lines in the kitchen, modern finishes, simple hardware, and potlights to keep the space looking open and bright. Large windows and patio sliders help to bring in as much natural light as possible.

On the outside, updated landscaping that brings new curb appeal and a space to sit and enjoy.

The result, a townhouse that feels timeless, functional, and beautifully aligned with its urban surroundings.

By rethinking the layout, integrating thoughtful storage solutions and introducing modern finishes, the home now feels more spacious and inviting.

Key design elements such as;

Layered lighting and modern textures.

Creating a sense of balance and calm. This project proves how a well planned and executed design can completely transform everyday living.
