South Surrey has always been home.

I was born and raised in Ocean Park, long before South Surrey became one of the Lower Mainland's fastest-growing communities. Back then, the area was jokingly referred to as "the nearly wed and nearly dead," with quiet streets, older homes, and a close-knit neighbourhood feel.

Growing up my first experience was in construction. Helping my dad when we built an addition to our existing home and being fascinated by the renovation process.

Being surrounded by these homes, I watched many of them evolve through renovations and home additions. Today, many of those same properties are being completely transformed into beautiful family homes, while new custom homes continue to re-shape neighbourhoods like Morgan Creek and Grandview Heights.

Having lived here, I understand the character of Surrey's neighbourhoods, the styles of homes, and the opportunities each property presents. Whether it's reimagining an older home, designing a modern renovation, or creating a timeless interior for a new custom-built home, my goal is always the same.

One recent project: A Surrey townhouse redesign where we refinished the existing harwood floors, reworked the kitchen by refinishing the cabinets, a new Caesarstone quartz countertop, updated two bathrooms with new tile, lighting, and Moen fixtures, and modernized the whole space without a full teardown — proof that a smart renovation plan can transform a home without a ground-up rebuild.
