Located just off Lonsdale Avenue in the heart of Lower Lonsdale, this late-1980s townhouse was ready for a complete transformation. The homeowners wanted to modernize the interior while preserving the character of both the home and one of North Vancouver's most established neighbourhoods.

Rather than following short-lived design trends, the renovation focused on creating bright, timeless spaces that would remain functional and inviting for years to come. A dated colour palette, worn laminate finishes, and aging fixtures were replaced with clean architectural lines, contemporary materials, and a warm neutral palette that reflects the relaxed character of the North Shore.

Natural light became a driving force behind the design.
