The Luxury Ensuite Addition

With 400 more square feet.

These Lynn Valley homeowners looked to us to create a spacious elegant ensuite like no other.

Starting with the exterior, we pushed out 3 walls over their existing games room, matched the new addition with the existing siding and roofing. This helped keep the aesthetics of the home.

The enlarged space allowed the homeowners to have an oversized shower, ample storage, makeup table, full height mirror, and all the extras including heater floors and mirrors, ample lighting, led strip lighting and more.
